Once again today… trades stuck on US market open!
Hello, it seems that the servers went down instantly after market open. can you fix it please?
The tickers are not updating.

My order is shown as processing for minutes and I can’t even cancel it! It’s same thing as yesterday! Sort out this thing or even take your site down until it is fixed so people don’t lose money!

Trading212, I think the noble thing to do would be to publicly address this issue and explain how you will fix it & make up for peoples losses.
This has occurred on other brokers ONCE and a small compensation fee was given out. This has now occurred multiple times from your end.
Otherwise what reason do we have to keep using you? Our funds are clearly at risk from YOU.
Same here! 212 gave me an option to cancel it but it still sold my order 2 hours later.
You all but disable CFD trading without notifying anyone and you don’t give us a proper response as to why that is. Now after already having the platform down for a few hours a few weeks back, this says it can’t load data?
How are we supposed to trade comfortably knowing these hiccups are bound to happen so often? Absurd

Start of trading and again just the swirl icon. Yesterday lost out buying before over 10% gains and today they drop but you cant sell!!! Trading212 need sort their software out.
