Stuck on Processing.. again

Same exact thing here. I wanted to sell but now the price is going down significantly.

This is very unprofessional for an app handling trading and money.

This is really disappointing! This was happening to me for the last few trading days, and now im losing more and more money :slight_smile:
Thinking about switching to another broker though

Guys my order is stuck too and I’ve lost money too BUT there is no need for abuse. Yes it happens (very) often and we are all losing money… Just relax a bit and let them fix it then we will see if they offer us any explanation or refunds.

Tried to sell at the high … got stuck for 20min and sold lower than wanted… lost profit… thanks 212 … so far I think I’ve lost over Ā£3.5k just on the server slowness and stuck trades filling at the wrong time. When do you plan to fix this issue… its been a couple of months now.

They’re probably busy trying to figure out or have to many requests obviously :stuck_out_tongue:

But if you’re loosing very high amounts due to market order fills you are using the wrong order type though :stuck_out_tongue:

Omfg, I got stuck on cancelling my selling procedure and it sold it suddenly sell it with a lower share price?! Trading 212 are you kidding me?

I think the order was filled instantly in the background, and the UI did not catch up. Thats why it seems like it was sold with a lower price

The positive side: those who had a BUY order should have gotten a better price for a rising stock ? Can anyone confirm?

And now I check my account and my portfolio value is 10% greater than my equities + cash (0) added together because they have posted cancelled trades. Don’t expect me to fund the difference for your incompetence.

That’s totally ridiculous. What can I do with it. Lost money instead of earning if I could cancel the order.
