I placed a buy order on FUV stock 2 minutes after market open.
It’s been stuck since then in “processing”. It can’t be canceled or anything? Why is that? I see the stock moving and having 800k volume already on MarketWatch.
What on earth is going on? My order on KDNI is stuck for 20 mins on pending. What are you guys doing? Please resolve this asap. I cant even cancel it.

Same issue on my end! So frustrating! Trading 212 sort this thing out because I’m losing potential gains because of this!
I was in the process of rebalancing my Pie when I changed my mind on something so I cancelled it and now it is stuck on cancelling.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Please compensate. Totally ridiculous.

You’ll need to check the terms and the agreements you agreed to in the execution policy to see if you have an option to complain
Does that execution policy include misleading users? I placed a second order after being notified that my first order was cancelled, and then both were fulfilled, followed by an automatic sell (at a much worse rate mind you) to make up for insufficient funds.
So my sell order was stuck ‘processing’ and even though I had cancelled them, they stayed ‘cancelling’ for 42 minutes.
This cost me £640 today.
I have complained to T212 by email.
I have lost faith in their platform and see no choice but to move…

You should read it before using the service. If you believe you are in the right then you should make a formal complaint.

This platform has been god awful the past couple of weeks for the first hour every time the market opens, taking ages to process buys and sells and losing money thanks to that, have the team commented on this whether they are going to fix it since most of my friends using the app are also having the same issues and it’s getting frustrating now.

This happens all the time ! I raised the issue with 212T and they replied with : the market is booming at these times given the amounts of trades and we have no control over that ! I have had many issues with them ! Also when I want to sell, I get a message cannot proceed try again later … Strange for a site not to be able to fix that !
