Orders placed after 15:30 UK time that appear as stuck or canceling have probably been filled at the correct execution price (the one during the moment the order was placed), the issue is a delay in visualizing the successful fill or cancel. Thatāll be corrected shortly, apologies again for the inconvenience.

My pie is still not finished and stuck at order processing. It was started at around 10AM. The last ticker is Upwork UPWK, which is super liquid but after 3.5 hours of market open, itās still pending.
Surely a responsible company would advise itās customers of severe service issues?

I would urge people to make their feelings known via the various review websites as the response here has been absolutely pathetic.

Itās been stuck with the processing wheel going in circles since then. When it didnāt go through immediately I tried to cancel a few minutes later - itās been stuck saying ācancellingā since then. So did it actually go through at the moment I sent it? Or is it actually cancelled?
I tried the Chat support within the app and the response was insultingly bad. Three attempts - one with an auto response that issues were being worked on, the next shut without sending me any response and the third no response at all.
Itās only my life savings that are in play, no biggie. I understand that there will always be technical issues which crop up but itās the total lack of information and clarity over whatās happening which makes it worse.
Seriously thinking I will have to move my investments to another broker.
Yeah biggest issue no direct answer from support. I get technical issues, but at least they could say, sorry we are working on it. You lucky, got at least auto msg, I tried 3 times, all times got ignored and support window closed.
I expect more from a company that handles money, and there was post 700.000 invest accounts, 1Billion in assets, I want to love T212, its free I get it, technical issues might happen we understand, but I expect more from support. I put my money in there hand. I wished at least a message, āSorry, we handling the issueā @Team212 @Tony.V
And not just chat shut down. I feel like if I get serious trouble and supports handles it same way as here, I might have issues

Guys it seems that all order i have made recently are OTC trades, that means they donāt go to an exchange like you would think but instead they are traded internally who knows how
