I have literally been trying to cancel a sell order for hours now. I know that it, in fact, wonāt cancel the sell order, but the stock Iām in will soon be in a downtrend and iād like to get out. How close are we to actually fixing this issue many of us have?

What on earth is going on. Slow to fill I can understand. But cancellation should be instantaneous regardless of market volume. I am stuck on Cancellingā¦ absurd Im going to lose a whole day trading at this rate. No happy
Hi everyone. I know most of us experienced issues this morning with orders stuck on āprocessing.ā Most of mine went through eventually, however one of them is still stuck on ācancellingā with the circle bar spinning and has been for about 2 hours. Iāve tried investing another Ā£1 to see what would happen and it goes through ok - but when I go to withdraw it says I have Ā£1 available to withdraw with the other 1.3 shares stuck in cancelling still. Not sure what to do about this except wait

lol that still doesnāt adress the fact we have no control over our stocks while the cancellation is processing.
This is all a joke that itās been an issue this long

Still not resolved. My pue order is in cancelling status and stuck!!! Cant take out money out of pie to reinvest in other stuff

Worst stuff wrote to chat in app and what you know, got closed without any response. Created a thread here to hear why it happens:/ at least say we have issues or so, but got just closed without a response

same happened to me a few mins ago, iām still trying to think this is all a bad nightmare. who closes a help chat without even waiting to check with me. the chatās were now delayed by 5 mins coming in, making them think i wasnāt paying attention whereas reality is iām on the edge of my seat, canāt work, shitting with anxiety over my money.

I got both mine filled in the end. One at a price some 3% worse off and the second slightly more than one percent worse off. Both got filled some 15 minutes too late. NOT HAPPY.

So I tried it out, seems like the only sell orders that are stuck are ones set before a certain time, because I can cancel an order just fine now.

this is the problem. i can bet you my life i placed all these orders (as pie rebalances) Sunday afternoon and the history shows it was placed today. NO WAY IN HELL IS THIS TRUE OR ACCURATE! @David @PeterA @L.D @George
5 of my pies are stuck in rebalancing and orders for them havenāt even been set up. how is that even possible or even fair?!?!?!
