Can you give an example of the currency conversion fee? I thought Trading 212 has 0 fee on currency exchange. Or is it the fee charged by your own bank that is problem? Are you able to have a Revolut account? There are people on this forum who know the best methods for various currencies and may be able to suggest something.
My local currency is ILS, and it is not supported by Trading 212, So I need to buy USD to deposit, and the fees are quite high.
It also prevents me from depositing with a credit card, because the exchange fee on a credit card is extremely high.
No, Revolut is not supported in my country unfortunately.
