SUSE shares after delisting

SUSE went private last year as announced here:

I still have some shares and it just shows the banner “The instrument has been acquired. Details regarding the event are still pending.”

Since the event is already some months in the past, I would like to know what happened with my shares. Have they not been acquired by the buying party? Can I even sell them if they are not listed on any exchange?

We are still waiting for our intermediary to liquidate the open positions and allocate the due cash.
