I guess we will find out if/when new exchanges get added as they’re announced.

Toronto is a popular request alongside Australia and Hong Kong. there seems to be something coming but no hint about which exchanges or just how soon they might arrive.

Would this and the Hong Kong exchange be accepted in an ISA or just in Invest account?

There is guidance on the HMRC website on eligible stocks that can be held in an ISA.
