No. HMRC does not allow that. ISA can only be funded with cash and withdrawals must also be cash.
that would be a pretty major tax loophole if that was possible.
The only thing they could create is a Bed & ISA function which helps automatically sell all the Invest shares, deposits the funds and rebuys the exact same within the ISA account. You obviously still take the hit on stamp duty and on the spread.
It wouldn’t really make sense going the other way.
