I don’t mind the occasional prompt to verify that I am who I say I am on a laptop or desktop, but I object to having to prove that I’m human by video recording:
One is a matter of 2FA/security, the other is a matter of KYC — but T212 already did that when I opened my account last year. I haven’t suddenly done a reverse Bicentennial Man, so I don’t understand the need to do this again, especially when my laptop already was a trusted device.
