I made a withdrawal request on Tuesday 1st from my share account free funds(12k) and have no record of this in my transaction history or no confirmation e mail despite this figure disappearing from my account.Still no credit to bank and not very helpful when talking in app chat.any advice please?
If you check in the “manage funds” - click withdrawal requests, and it should be in there.
It will say something like “under review” or “executed”.
