Account activation help

I recently registered typed in all details then had a email back saying I’ve already got a account

Casting my memory back years and I did but no longer use that email address and I can’t access it

I’ve contacted trading 212 via the app chat a number of times for about a week no reply

Do they have a phone number ?

Need to delete my old account and activate my new one

@Dph-11 Greetings. The process of closing and opening accounts is fairly simple and is typically executed within minutes. From what I can see your old account still has funds, so prior to the closure they need to be sent back to you.
