Account deleting - no answer from staff

Hi. So i want to close my trading212 account. I ve sent an email to about 2 weeks ago and they just closed my request at, so I created ticket about 8 days ago and still didnt received any response from trading212 staff. What s going on? Why cant i close my account, why couldnt they answer me?

A friend of mine is having the same issue.
Does anybody know how to escalate this?


@matheo99 The account cancellation is an automated process and as far as I can see it has already been initiated. No further action from your side is needed. I will DM you with more details.
