Hello! I have the same problem, but I canāt send a private message.
@Robert2 @Cosa this is because of how the forum trust system works. you are both too new and are treated as guests. if you check the first message you should have received from the system, follow its tutorial and also read a couple different topics in the forum you will reach basic trust level and you can see the button to send private messages.

Hi I understand your looking into the situation but where does leave investees potentially heavily out of pocket. This needs to be sorted as a matter of urgency.

Thank you all for the patience. The matter has been resolved. The orders that have been pending cancellation are now canceled. Any pending orders (except market orders confirmed by a trading venue) could be canceled.
Let us know if you are still experiencing any difficulties.

Thanks for the update. I can see that the pending order(sell) is now cancelled.
What about the loss we may have incurred as a result of this? Not being able to close since the 27th during such volatile trading days has cost me a 40% loss on this stock.
It should be fine now.
