Cancelling an investment

Hello. I have cancelled an investment with in a pie and it is stuck on a cancelling status. It has been like this all week. I cannot action anything with the particular pie. It is simply frozen

I have emailed T212 twice with no joy. Is there anything I can do from my side or can it only be resolved through technical assistance from T212.


Judging from some of the previous threads on this topic, I think a member of staff may be the best bet to get this fixed for you.
