Can't cancel Limit Order when the Market is closed

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but I can place a limit order whilst the market is closed, but then cannot cancel it?

•Not an issue personally, the order can run, but seemed strange that it can’t be cancelled.

@David a case of not being able to cancel.
