Pending orders cannot be cancelled

I created a number of Limit orders out of market hours and this was successful. However suddenly I started to see my limit orders have a spinning wheel on them.

There is no way to cancel the pending order or to amend it. I have attached screenshot below.

Luckily the quantity isn’t very high in this case, but this could have been an expensive issue should the order be filled in the market as it opens and having no way to cancel it before then.

I reached out to technical chat who have escalated this.

@Geejay Are the pending orders still unmodifiable?

Thanks for the reply. They are modifiable and cancellable now.

Is there some limitation in terms of time or number of limits that I should be aware to avoid this happening again?
