Cant find info on AT&T - Discovery stocks

Greetings,

Is it just me or there is no topic on this forums about AT&T and Discovery stocks?

I hold few T stocks, and it was said, that with merger, we receive stock representing 71% of the new company.

Is this going to happen? When?

Am I correct that the best way to get access to NewCo stock is to buy DISCK stock since those are trading lower than other Discovery class stocks (DISCA and DISCB) but will be converted into the same ordinary share of NewCo?
