Cash Isa to Stocks Isa

Hi, Apologies if this has been asked before, I have tried searching for this and could not find anything.

I have transferred a previous tax year’s cash Isa from another provider to 212 cash Isa.

The questions I have is related to moving these funds to the 212 Stocks Isa

1, If I move the funds from cash to stocks (specifically using manage funds > Move funds), will this still be counted in the previous tax year wrapper and not the current year?

2, Do I need to transfer all the money from cash to stocks or only a partial amount I would like?

3, If I do a partial transfer, can it be as many transfers as I want?

Hi fellow investor here

  1. Only new funds deposited to an ISA in the current tax year counts towards the annual 20k deposit limit.
  2. You can transfer as much or as little as you like between cash/stock ISA. It will not impact your annual deposit limit.
  3. As many times as you like.
