Change account - from CFD to Invest

Hi,
In November last year I opened a CFD account, just to pratice paper trade… and today I tried to open an investment account, but I received a message that there is already an account registered with that email (same email I used to create the CFD acc and the forum acc).

I search at the forum about change from CFD to Invest and I found this topic .
On my 212 CFD account I don’t have the option to change to the Investment.

I am resident in Finland, I have a Finnish TIN.

So, I would like to know if it is possible to update my CFD account to a Investment? when I say update, I mean sending the necessary documents for the W8 etc…

Or the only alternative I would have, would be to delete my CFD account and open an Investment account using the email I want?

I checked your account: you’ll need to close your current one and sign up all over. Then you’ll see the Invest account available. :v:

Sorry but, I looked in the FAQ and inside my account, and I couldn’t find anywhere where I could close my account.

Could you show me where I can cancel my CFD account?
