I have made my first deposit via bank transfer. It’s been more than 12hrs and I haven’t received the money into my trade212 account yet.
How can I contact trade212 customer support? Kindly guide me.
Bank transfer can require up to 5 business days (this is standard rule for every bank transaction not just T212), even tho the real general time is 1-2 business days max with SEPA.
If you made the transfer 12 hours ago means that your bank won’t even look at it before Monday at 9am, then they gonna transfer it to T212 which will receive it Monday or Tuesday, and then they can process it internally and credit it in your account.
If you want instant credit in your account you need to use debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google pay, etc.
