I noticed the tax rate on Pershing Square holdings dividend in Jan payment was 15% (even though its a UK based entity…) now the last two payments are tax free (March/June) as I would normally expect. Now one of those is wrong and I assume the 15% tax one, so at what point should we expect holders to be credited with the modest funds we are owed?
We replicate our Intermediary with regard to the taxation of the dividends, and we applied a 15% tax on three dividend payments from the company in 2022. However, our Intermediary has returned the tax of these dividends to us, and we have paid it out to the clients’ accounts as a Bonus dividend.
