Does FSCS covers non uk residents up to 85k?

I saw a comment that mention that FSCS for non UK residents only covers until 20k… so i ask them but got this response below… can you confirm that non uk residents are covered up to 85k?

“We’ve looked into the matter, and can confirm that Trading 212 UK Limited FRN#609146 is currently regulated and authorised by the FCA, therefore if you hold an eligible product with them (you can confirm this with them as unfortunately we are unable to confirm product eligibility) you will be potentially protected by the FSCS.”
