It would be fantastic if you could remove the “the entered price value is too far from the current market price” rule on limit sells for GME. I just want to be able to queue it up and walk away from it.

I agree with you, but you cannot deny that they have failed to properly inform investors. Posting in a community board is not satisfactory in my opinion.

Does anyone know if we’ll have issues ahead if we want to sell? I’m reading comments on Reddit of people last night having severe difficulties with T212 when it comes to selling.
Probably, or maybe it’ll be fine.
Are there still some limit set on the ammount of shares that can be bought?
With regards to GME
Trying set a limit order well under 95% of my freefunds but get the error.
If however i set the quantity of shares to 10, regardless of price (i.e. using a higher percentage of my free funds than previously) i am able to place the order.
There is a buy limit of 10 shares from my understanding.
Sadly I have a sinking feeling the system will crash again at 2.30pm, that’s why I’m logged in now and keeping myself logged in. Basically everyone will be trying at 2.30pm and it won’t be able to cope with the load as we’ve seen for the last two days.
I still cannot sell, it keeps telling me rejected
Market doesn’t open till 2.30pm
I’d be more interested in if you’ll be able to access the app come 2:30pm.

It appears that its not allowing “all shares” sell orders, it will only allow you to do partial share sell orders
Unfortunately that’s not how it works. Even if everyone nicely logged in and kept a page open.
It’s not specifically the logging in that causes it, it’s using the resources simultaneously at 2:30 onwards.

I should add there’s a secondary issue that even if T212 can create enough load balancing etc to cope with traffic, if IB has issues with orders then it still won’t work correctly.
