Just waiting for an official announcement from Graniteshares. But theyāre deciding how much to give based on the closing price of RR yesterday so who knows
they will tell us the price today, iam down with almost 22k
They will pay all your money back plus a bonus for good measure, maybe some free shares as well for the inconvenience caused.

Unless they āRecalculateā the price again 3SRR should have been around 2.3 with the close of RR yesterday so just a waiting game now

If I am in a post about people losing large amounts of money on a share platform they clearly donāt understand how am I in the wrong place? I didnāt buy any

Completely agree with you to be fair, itās crazy how most people have been blindly getting in without actually knowing where their money is actually going and Just hoping for the best
100% agreed, regardless of whether what theyāve done is right or wrong if your reading the guidelines after its gone wrong the risk wasnāt correctly assessed. Some people have apparently lost thousands and now want the rulebook?

All the info is on GraniteShareās website including the redemption amount and dates (along with explanations of why it is happening). It has also been announced via rns.
I guess is gonna be 0.19

ā The amount per ETP Security of GBp 0.196122 is expected to be paid to Securityholders and was determined after market close on 11 November 2020. This expected amount payable per security was notified through an RNS announcement. Proceeds are expected to be transferred to the clearing system on 17 November (Early Redemption Date) after which they will be distributed. ā
What happened was an utter rubbish and a sharp practice. I still keep wondering why they recalculated the price knowing fully well there was a lingering problem. Now, the 3SRR has been suspended from LSE.
I think we need to take the matter up with the relevant authorities. The act looks like a scam to me.

Perhaps instead of investing long on GraniteShares 3x Short Rolls-Royce, should had short it.

Tbf I think alot of people would say thatā¦i only started trading in the first lockdownā¦with just a few Kā¦from march I had turned that into a pot of 21kā¦with a clear profit of over 11kā¦I made a lot in marstonsā¦but also made alot in RRā¦and I still have 6k in RR as was in the RIā¦the shares in 3srr was to the take the drop from the RR splitā¦I think that would have been the right thing to doā¦ now with the rights issue this week Iām only short by 2kā¦but this is still not the pointā¦I was putting money into the 3srr pot on the day they stopped the trading on itā¦even after the stop lose had been triggerdā¦never rightā¦
Interested to know how people are going to ask for money back? Is it on not making it clear how it works?

How is it sharp practice? It seems that people didnāt understand the instrument or were happy to gamble on it.
The recalculated the price (as they explained) to try and avoid the stock becoming worthless but ultimately it became inevitable as the underlying RR price changed so dramatically.
The stock has only been suspended because GraniteShares withdrew the stock to enable it to be redeemed.
So where is the sharp practice?
