Is everyone else finding responses from Human Agents are very poor? I am sending many messages to ask for info and expected future messages, but I only get one response on a chat and then just get ignored from then on. I am being very polite, so it is not my manner, it seems to just be poor service!
Are other users also experiencing really bad customer service too?
