Hey, everyone - a quick update on the topic:
We are as excited about the Trading 212 Card as you are, and we’re working to launch it in the EU as soon as possible. We need a little extra time to get it right, but we currently expect to launch by the end of August

Are there plans to support turkish lira as one of the currencies?
Turkish lira isn’t a supported currency so I would say no
I hope that the EU customers will also get the same promotional 1.5% cashback and during the same time period as for the UK customers, for an equal treatment of all customers.

I’m not sure which you’re referring to, but although you can’t hold lira in the account, it is still possible to make card transactions in lira at the same interbank rate+fee.
Can anyone please confirm for me which carrier/delivery service was used in the UK for delivery of their T212 card.
I have had 2 cards not arrive. Both then cancelled and card fee returned.
I am now awaiting my third card - 13 working days since ordering… (Before ordering I double-checked with T212 CS staff that my address is correct in their records)
I have received a text message claiming to be from EVRI advising me to update via a link my shipping details as they have something for me with incomplete shipping information.
My natural instinct is that this is a scam phishing email and I haven’t clicked on the link, but I do believe I have read somewhere of T212 having had problems with missing shipping information on some of their batches of cards being mailed out.
I rarely experience mail going missing and I have had two cards not arrive and a third one still technically underway 13 working days after ordering. Something must be wrong somewhere.

Postman delivered mine, no probs.

There was an issue, initially at the start with addresses. I think mine was initially off, but I got it.
Not much of a help but could you get one delivered to your work through chat contact, or use curve to link up?

I don’t remember this 100% because there were no issues, but I think mine was delivered via royal mail (central London) Also, since the building I live has it’s own postcode, it’s pretty difficult to f up the address

Do you get cashback if transactions go via Curve? I made one transaction yesterday ( bought some cosmetics) and it looks like the cashback has not been tracked so far. Maybe incorrect MCC was assigned?

Yes, you do get cashback for payments made via Curve. The cashback is paid daily when the transaction status changes to ‘Completed’. Depending on the merchant, it might take a few days for the transaction status to change from ‘Pending’ to ‘Completed’.

Yesterday marked 6 months since the 212 Card was launched for UK customers. When the 212 Card will be made available for all EEA customers?
We are almost ending the 2024 3rd Quarter, Easter Break has passed, Summer Holidays are almost ending…

We’ll begin the gradual rollout in the next few weeks. It’s still too early to say when exactly the card will be available to 100% of the user base - that would depend on the demand.
I understand that the EU launch took longer than expected. We’ll do everything we can to make sure everyone gets their 212 card as soon as possible.
