Is this company an acquisition company or just simply the same name?

The second screenshot actually shows Landcadia Holdings II, which is a SPAC that just acquired Golden Nugget Online. The same thing happened with Landcadia Holdings and Waitr Inc. back in 2018 and they got their name and ticker changed.

Ahh okay, so basically they can re use the name after they’ve acquired and changed to new name?
It’s a different entity that’s why it has II in it’s name. We are awaiting information whether the currently active LCA will change it’s name and ticker to reflect the ownership of Golden Nugget Online which is expected to happen at some point in Q3.
