Live Chat Re-Opening


Do you plan to re-open live chat for active members?

Yes, we do. We will bring our chat back, and we’re in the process of doing so. However, we also need to be sure that we will be able to catch up with the increasing demand.

For the last 2-3 months, we hired more than 60 people to join our customer care team, and we’ll continue to hire until we’re ready to bring back the instant chat assistance.

We’ll need a couple of weeks (eventually days) more until our new team members are fully trained & ready to assist via chat.


Thanks Tony for prompt reply. I am asking as have been experiencing issues with address verification with my active account and thought it would be easier and quickest to get a support on live chat to get the info what exactly I am doing wrong (why documents are not accepted even, if, in my opinion they meet criteria based on POA guidelines).
