How to join a live chat session with support?

I’m having an issue with a fund deposit, it’s taken more than 2 business days, and I’d like to have a chat with the support team, if there is anything I can provide to expedite the process?

I can’t find any live chat button on the trading page.

For now you can rely just on email.

The chat & phone service will not be available, and all inquiries will be attended via email. That way we’ll reduce the disappointment of waiting to be connected with an agent over the chat.

But theoretically soon they should re-open the chat

We’ll need a couple of weeks (eventually days) more until our new team members are fully trained & ready to assist via chat.

We’ll see how soon the customer support side will recover after the big income of users + covid situation.
