We trust you can understand that sometimes the delays, depend on external factors more than on our own company, thus we would like to assure you that we do all that we can in order to facilitate the distribution, as much as possible.

Who can help me with dividends that I am expecting. AT&T paid out their dividends on the 1st of February 2020 I still have not yet received my dividends for holding the shares.

Hi - I own AT&T Shares which were paid out on 1st February 2021. When will it be paid?
I still have not received my AT&T Dividend which was paid out on 1st February 2021. It has been 5 working days now and I would like to understand what is causing the delay. Whilst I don’t mind waiting I would like a definitive timescale as it is quite concerning the dividend wait time appears to be drastically increasing.
When I contacted customer services the other day I was told it could take up to 3 business weeks. This is completely unacceptable.
I know - it’s so annoying. Whilst I appreciate there may be one or two days delay I think anything over 4 business days is completely unacceptable. I’m waiting on AT&T Dividends and when I contacted customer services I was told it could take up to 3-4 business weeks. The screenshot of the part of the email is below. Very alarming indeed and I am confused how COVID-19 can possibly lead to a delay when it should be mostly automated.

This is obvously a lie.
As we are now 7 days later, i.e. 5 (five) business days…
These 3 stocks had a payout date of 01/02 :
This broker is really amateur-ish… On Degiro, EACH AND EVERY dividend is received at day +1…
That is a bit of a stupid statement. Dividends are initially received by Interactive Brokers and then forwarded to T212. Normally you would receive is 1 or 2 working days after pay date. That is increasing. T212 team already told they are working to change that procedure, so that dividends will processed a lot faster. That is not amateur-ish.
The only thing I would have done different is giving priority to the process of forwarding dividends in stead of creating a pie sharing function. Which is not that important.
AT&T Dividend has not been paid despite it being paid out on 1st Feb 2021. Could this be investigated?
It just came in on 11AM BE time 
Do you mean that it takes 5 days just to do a Foward which can be handled by an automated process which can run autonomously even on Saturdays and Sunday without any human intervention ?
Exemple: $T payout on 01/02 just received today 08/02; i.e. 7 days later…
If that’s what you meant, I confirm what I said : the TR212 software design is amateur-ish 
Yeah just got it - was worried for a bit.
In the beginning I was worried too. As I had a better experience on Degiro; where the dividend is received payout date + 1 day.
But people here said such delays are normal here…
