I’ve also posted same list elsewhere in the community :smile:

  1. Desktop ability to view, and act on all 3 T212 accounts without logging in and out. I have CFD, Invest and ISA.

  2. Charts: Live volume result (5.6m), and with green/red indicators on each tick volume. In CFD Ac’ Buyers and Sellers show as green/red percentage in instruments details, however this isn’t sufficient, and often stops working.

  3. Level 2 data on CFD is necessary, at minimum Time and Sales, Ask/Bids, Hot Keys.

  4. Allow Extended Hours on All tickers with this ability on CFD.

  5. More tickers for CFD as it seems forgotten, new tickers don’t appear as often.

  6. Tidy up the search field/desktop. In the desktop if i select the arrow on the left hand side of the chart screen i get to see new instruments, standard instruments, watchlist, top winners/losers. if i select the search field icon these options don’t appear.

  7. Top Winners/Losers as a list of 10 tickers would be beneficial, i’m unsure how this is determined on T212, other platforms its the highest winners and losers of the day via percentage change as a live stocks category, T212 is not the case.

  8. Hot Instruments? i don’t understand how it’s determined, anytime i’ve viewed the results, appear not to be a hot ticker.

  9. All new tickers added should come with at least 1 years chart information and data as standard. often there is no history even though its not new.

  10. All tickers being delisted which are traded via T212 should be detailed in a tab across all accounts.

  11. If a chart template has been designed, it would be ideal to allow the option to view all future opened charts/tickers in this setting, without the need to manually select each time.

  12. More tickers please across all 3 accounts. i believe people would stop asking if they were aware what T212 were prioritising/working towards. are you wanting to gain all UK FTSE/LSE tickers? are you wanting to gain all US Nasdaq/NYSE tickers?

  13. i’m unsure what T212 are wanting to become in the industry? ie: the best Invest, Isa platform, the best professional trading platform? i ask, because as a user, neither area is a good standard, and feels as though you are starting new initiatives such as Pie, but not ironed out the previous issues. Teaming up with a company who has strength in your weakness ie: ticker data, would lighten your load and retain customers when new platforms reach the UK.

  14. New video on youtube how to navigate and use features through all 3 accounts via mobile and desktop platform.

  1. Show sell price on shares live so you can see it without having to click at the bottom it should show the live sell price when buying clearly.

  2. Allow you to cancel orders at ALL times STRAIGHT AWAY No lagging & spinning around basically forcing you to order

  3. ADD more American shares & penny stocks & more SPACS ( we seem to get them late once they have all ready basically gone up LOL )

  4. Allow the system on the iPad to be the same as the mobile device as it’s layout is totally different .

  5. Make it all go geeen :man_shrugging::joy: LOL

:thinking: That one I’m not sure how they can fix, basically (@David correct me if I’m wrong) that processing is waiting for the exchange to acknowledge the request (via IB), you can’t cancel until the request comes back with a ref to it, to then send that ref again to cancel it.

What they could do is certainly monitor so as soon as it goes outside of a normal threshold it’ll have a prompt before placing to say it may take longer to cancel/amend and you might need to wait.

I would add a sub point to item 1.

1.1. The ability to open CFD, invest and ISA simultaneously, but independently of each other. Example, you can’t trade alt coins on ISA, but I would like the ability to do so on CFD while monitoring my active ISA trades/investments.

@britsy_em totally agree, apologies if it didn’t seem as such when written. T212 will lose customers as i’m currently seeking another broker just because of this technicality.

They could allow you to cancel a order it’s that simple I don’t like placing a order & watching it for the next hour or 5 hours or how ever long it decides to take to set it’s self before I can cancel it that’s just BS in my opinion l if you think they can’t you believe what you do some think paper masks Can stop a so called virus others think for them selfs :ok_hand:

I don’t think this is a case of thinking for yourself. I trust the team in what they say is accurate unless I’m very confident to challenge it. Like I don’t think there’s a conspiracy in that they are just saying it can’t be helped just to fob you off from them doing something about it. They aren’t like that.

I’m just saying from my recall it was something out of T212s control in how long it took processing and they can’t cancel until placed.

I might be wrong and they can cancel whilst processing and they just haven’t bothered to fix it.

I think however it’s highly likely an IB issue in the way it’s handled and not something T212 can do anything about as they just use their API essentially.

It needs an official staff reply like @David or @AlexK

There’s no conspiracy lol so don’t use that word to make my post seem stupid thank you it’s a case of it they can’t help they need to do more to help change it then as I don’t appreciate putting large money on stuff when you have no power over it I.e cancelling it I don’t have time to keep replying to posts all day I’m clearly saying this is something no APP Or trading platform should experience you should always have control to cancel things within seconds of placing orders it should be your choice is all im saying

Could we have pre market and after market for shares ? Would be amazing

I’m not saying you said it was conspiracy those are my words. I wasn’t trying to put words in your mouth. I think you were essentially saying ā€˜think for yourself’ about the masks.

Anyway I’m fully agreeing that it’s not ideal not being able to cancel when it’s stuck in processing. I’ve been there many times and its very frustrating.

I assume again that they would need the intermediary to make the change required to improve the situation.

There could be something T212 can actually do with what they have to work with, as a customer I can only guess or regurgitate the staffs replies I see them make (that I trust is correct unless I’m confident its not the case)

Please add Limit Orders on Fractional Shares in Invest account. They have it only for Full Shares and it won’t be so hard to change tje program to allow it in fractional shares as well.

Also, Fractional shares for US stocks in Xetra EUR and LSE.

Please add the dividend return…ie the pie should show what the average Dividend yield pa is…
In fact there should be way more features regarding dividends, in order for DivGrowth Investors to better track their investments !

Couldn’t see it in the above list but just updated the app to find I can now see the FX changes that were implemented so that’s cool.

But what’s ALSO very cool is that the button to add a stock to a watchlist is now omnipresent on the instrument screen, not just via the search function.

(sorry if I’m the last to know this - just got really excited and had to tell someone! :wink:)

Not interesting features. T212 needs to think bigger than just UK. Otherwise scaring European customers.

Fair enough comment and probably contributes to why these features are further down their pipeline.
