Is it possible to move funds internally between a 212 Cash ISA and a 212 Stocks and Shares ISA? If so, how please?

You can do it for now. Just as a side note, transfers from S&S to Cash ISA’s are planned to be restricted from 2027 under proposed ISA changes.
