Anyway, I have two years worth including this tax year of cash isa deposits maxed out. I would like to move into stocks and shares isa, but not by proceeding incorrectly lose the isa wrapper. Do I open a stocks and shares isa account then using the manage funds button move cash isa funds to the stocks account, then when the money is inside that account decide what investment to put it in?

Yes. Exactly as you say. Once it’s in your ISA legally, you can move it around as you like. If you couldn’t, T212 wouldn’t allow it, given that both accounts are with T212.
Subject: Question about transferring Cash ISA to Stocks and Shares ISA
Hello team. I am trying to transfer my Cash ISA into a Stocks and Shares ISA, but I’m having trouble with the app/website interface.
When I go to “Manage Funds” it only shows me the option to “Move Cash,” I only see two options: “Stocks ISA” and “Cash ISA.” However, I expected to see both accounts listed alongside their current balances so I could select the transfer (Stocks and Shares and Cash ISA).
Is this the correct screen for an internal transfer, or am I missing a step? Any guidance would be appreciated.
You’re missing nothing. Everything you are expecting is unnecessary. It’s all about how’s much cash you have in each account and that is displayed. It will always move cash FROM the account you are currently connected to.
