I think they have many advantages, good customer support, nice app interfaces = easy to trade, no fees.
But what’s the use of all these if you can’t even execute basic order flows?.. I wouldn’t have imagine I need to come post in this thread…or that this thread would even exist…
These are bugs with the fundamental functionality of this broker…it’s like buying a car because you want a car but the brakes stop working from time to time???
Don’t know about customer support, the only one that actually helped with this issue was Rumen, I think. The customer support team sent me wrong information on the email, they actually sent to me a reply that was meant for someone else, really messy. As I said, I understand why they had to stop $GME, $AMC etc. trading, but keeping my money stuck for 3 days in a stock is a no no, especially now with so much volatility going on. Not reliable.
Also have a limit order stuck in cancelling. Annoying thing is I was trying to figure out what the highest amount could be after getting a warning about the limit being set too high. Stupidly started with a really low amount and it’s been stuck for a while now.
Earlier tonight (Sat 30th) I placed a limit sell order for my AMC shares. I then cancelled it, but has been stuck for hours; when I click on it, it says “cancelling”. This is not good, because if it is still stuck at the time when I actually want to sell these shares, I won’t be able to sell them.
Is there anything I can do to get this un-stuck? Can someone at Trading212 look at my account and get this sorted out please?
Modified a Limit Sell order and now has been stuck on processing/modifying for hours. I want to cancel it now but unable to do so as it’s stuck in this state. Can someone from Trading212 help?
