I think there is in the works some sorting options (at least for Investments tab:

We realise that this list might become harder to keep track of as the number of investments grows. The solution is to introduce sorting, grouping & filtering options in the investments tab.

Yes, sorting / filtering is something we will definitely add to the investments tab.

Hopefully these options will reach any list based tabs.
Also there are plenty of similar requests at a simple search.
