Sometimes, not just in this case (but this time, I managed to catch it), Price Alerts go being triggered seconds after setting them, even if we are far from the price we’ve set to alert. See this footage on Youtube.

It appears that the cases were isolated and this was unexpected behaviour. Nevertheless, you shouldn’t encounter such issues on the new web platform.
