Promises of emails and escalation don’t happen

I seriously wonder if T212 is up to the task ! Yet more delays in communication and broken promises of follow up emails when a query is escalated.
It’s becoming increasingly obvious that T212 is massively understaffed to deal with serious queries about customers life savings !
Today I note that the excellent TransferWise is increasing its staff worldwide by a third. T212 should take a leaf out of their book.
All I have received so far is excuses and bland apologies.
