I put in a ISA transfer on the 14th December 2020 to move from Hargreaves Lansdown to Trading212.
My account only has cash in and it still hasn’t been done! It’s the 18th January 2021 at the time of writing.
A bit of a joke really.
It depends how fast Hargreaves Lansdown responds.
According to HMRC the estimated time for S&S and other types of ISAs is 30 calendar days. This time frame can vary based on your provider’s workload, which Hargreaves Lansdown has reported to be higher than the usual at the moment.
Nonetheless, the matter was escalated to their transfer team.

Yeah, id put it down to HL, they’re notoriously slow at transfers…or anything really. Mine from Ig to 212 took 2 days… IG are very good and so were 212.
I got an email from them literally hours after posting on this!
Thank you for raising it to them. They ignored six emails from me over the space or 2 weeks.
They said it was going to take another 3-5 working days.
@Froop - I was putting it down to HL. T212 have got back to me on emails swiftly whenever I have contacted them.
