Some orders are executed with a delay by our execution intermediary

(Shouldn’t there be an issue/bugs forum for stuff like this?)

Bought DKNG within a couple mins of the US opening. Got stopped-out within the first 10 mins. Notifications were delayed but also the times of execution are wrong.

Bought time (wrong):

212-DKNG-Bought-Time-Wrong-20210202143930

Sold/stop time (wrong):
212-DKNG-Sold-Time-Wrong-20210202143930

I flagged my previous post as it’s not a delay of order, it is wrong record-keeping.

To be clear, the order was NOT delayed. The post above is a separate issue.

If you were being charged for our losses due to the poor service you’d do more to sort this out over £1500 of losses this week because stop orders didn’t trigger how much have we got to lose before this is sorted it’s shameful

Please let me buy? I’ve tried 3 times and it just sits pending… @Team212

Finally it worked, I watched the price rise from $55 to near $56 and I could not buy? What is going on?

My position sold twice. Force buy was done to cover the difference. This caused direct $ loss, not even talking about loss of oppurtunity as my app literally died in the process. I sent email to support but got no response. I posted quesion in forum, but all i got is the link to “expected volatility” notice. This is not volatility, this failure of order execution. Can somebody please address this in a meaningful way?

@helenhelen23 :

To your general question:

Thats the nature of a market order. Any price (the current price) is accepted and the order gets executed faster

Limit orders, lets say you are buying, need a seller who is willing to accept your price. This might be the reason why execution takes longer
