Not sure if this is simply timing / holiday season related, buy how long until regular standing orders are applied to your account? I’ve made payments before with the same details, but my latest seems to be delayed a little.
It’s the first day of work for most UK banks today, so there may be slight delays in deposit reflection times (standing orders/wires) depending on how long it takes for each bank to process the pending transactions that have accumulated over the holidays.
We’ll do what we can on our end to make up for that, though
