Stuck on Processing.. again

Any news if the issues with trading have been sorted out yet?

I have a limit sell order stuck in status ‘processing’. Please cancel it, I cannot do it on my own since the cancel button is locked.

Come on, this is beyond a joke now.

I’m having to open positions as market orders (which sometimes work) to keep my funds too low to execute the outdated orders stuck in the queue, which will lose me a lot of money

I agree. Due to trading 212’s inability to comply with the Financial Conduct Authority, we have all incurred huge losses. Trading 212 state the following notion on their website

“ The Company is committed to:

  • providing a high standard of client service; and
  • maintaining our reputation for credibility and accountability.”

Trading 212 have failed to do any of the above.
I have spoken to a senior member at the FCA and have been advised to screenshot and screen record the issues I have been encountering then make a complaint to trading 212. If I am still dissatisfied then the FCA will pursue compensation on my behalf and possibly even fine trading 212 heavily.

I don’t think they’re listening! Probably best off not wasting your breath. They are trying to use a free platform to make quick trades for small profits and complain when the market has issues

Stop “crying” on the web forum, it does not change anything. If you believe your problems are caused by Trading212 fill complain to the proper regulator, i.e. to FCA:

Trading 212, just reboot your servers, and clean all the processing orders. So everyone could cut their losses.

Trading 212 is becoming unreliable, platform risk is increasing.

Fun Fact: I can successful cancel Xetra Stock Exchange orders on Trading 212, but the US Stock Exchanges orders are stuck in processing for hours.

Useless takes 10mins for a order to go through, meanwhile the price rises 20% wtf, must be better options out there than this

Why has Trading 212 been silent on them also? Surely any respectable business would let their clients know about platform issues, apologise and then compensate.

Still waiting for my order to process made 2 hrs 30 mins ago? It is all very well answering that orders stuck in processing are processed at the time made, however many monitor several different shares and want to exit then enter other opportunities, but can’t as they can’t sell to get access to their money, these opportunities are long gone by the time processing actually does process.

same old as per last night, I’m now £500 down already. By the time this transacts i have no clue what my loss will be!! This will be my last trade on this platform and I’m off!! They’ve even turned off the chat function tonight!!!

Yep, trying to get in MGTI all day and it’s always processing. What the hell is going on? Its absolutely unacceptable

I’m stuck in a trade again losing ££££ can’t sell. What will happen when it sells after falling as I can’t cancel and have lost all the money I made???

I’m sorry for your situation but T212 staff did not ‘turn’ off the chat, that was done by community members with the leader rank to make this thread more manageable
