Hello Everyone,
Kindly write a complaint to trading212. You can address it to james.fergusson@trading212.co.uk, george.oniwinde@trading212.co.uk , compliance@trading212.co.uk and cc to info@trading212.com. As per FCA, we should first lodge our complaint to trading212.

I have been trying to reach the service team almost 2h already. I have emailed them all the details of my transaction and instrument and i have yet to see the order been processed/executed or even a reply from the Trading 212 service team - except of-course their automated email reply.
Really helpful …!

I am losing a ton of profit because my orders don not execute, this week the app was working like garbage, and I am not even able to cancel the orders, and no a ā€œsorry we are working on itā€ won’t give me my hard worked money back

The close request is showing processing. I can not cancel it or can not go through it. Also I noticed there’s no chat option anymore within the App.

Mine has been stuck for the last hour. Losing serious money here with no way of cancelling the pending order, which is on permanent processing!

If anyone knows the legal process on if we have a case. We should get together and try and recover our losses… 212 seem not to be bothered and brushing us off with what seems a robotic response and with No liability, No sorry, No update, No confidence, No compensation. Just the small print that they are not accountable. I loved using 212, but now approaching Ā£5k down… I don’t know if I’m able to stomach it anymore. Recovery from this will take months.

You sure those are the right emails?

I doubt the compliance / anti-money laundering / financial crime team are the people best placed to respond to customers’ complaints regarding the platform.

I thought yesterday must’ve been a one off so gave it another chance today.

Now I have a sell order which has been stuck processing for over 40 minutes with no option to cancel. I wanted to sell at the price when I entered it, not being able to cancel something that is stuck for this long is a serious problem. Please sort this out.

excuse a question as you activate the chat with operator on app trading 212 investing

As per FCA website, The Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to consider a dispute with a firm. Regulated activities that this firm has permissions for may be covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you have complained to the firm and they haven’t responded satisfactorily, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman.
Therefore, first we have to contact trading212 directly. Trading212 has to reply within 8 weeks.
George Oniwinde is the Head of Compliance in Trading212. He name also appears on FCA website as the point of contact in trading212.
Therefore, it makes sense in addressing our complaints to george.oniwinde@trading212.co.uk, james.fergusson@trading212.co.uk, and compliance@trading212.co.uk. That is the legal route to start with, I am afraid.

You must go through the process, as @ameyakirtane outlined above. its like any other service, you must make a formal complaint, the company has time to response, only then if you are unsatisfied with the response can you take it to the regulator.

Read the terms and conditions and the execution policy. it seems like no one here does
