I can assure you that there’s nothing wrong with your access. The reason behind the lack of movement is quite simple — Blue Ocean ATS is closed in observance of Thanksgiving Day. You can find that information on this page from their website.
Overnight trading should resume as usual tonight, while tomorrow’s US session is scheduled to close earlier than usual as it’s the day after Thanksgiving - 1:00 p.m. ET.
That explains!
