I’m doing my weekend review of charts and creating orders to execute next week. When I submit them they say that they will execute after market open “in 2d 10h” (this is Saturday evening). This happens for both UK and US listed stock (albeit the message seems to differ by 1 hour for the two markets). I’m not aware of the markets being closed on Monday so what’s happening or am I just in some weird time warp
Is it not US thanksgiving day?
Thanksgiving is the end of Nov I think. I have looked on the market websites and they say they are open and at the moment T212 is giving basically the same message for both UK and US

Now working so I think there might be a bug where it can’t properly calculate time to market open in some circumstances

Spooky things happen during halloween, for time calculations unless programmers know and explicitly plan for these. It’s that one week gap where daylight saving is switched to winter in UK but still in summer for US/CA. That “in-existent” one hour on US switch day causes all sorts of calculation mistakes
