Since yesterday i wrote several emails and topics to the support. But none of them was answered? Not very trusting.
Send just one ticket. Having worked in a few support roles for different companies I can say that it’s worked backwards.
Backwards meaning - first in first out.
The more emails you send the more it clogs the system and unfortunately leads to a longer response time.
