This has been asked a couple times but I guess I’ll add so that hopefully we would have annoyed T212 enough that they’ll do it.
Can we please get a YTD button for the portfolio and instruments?
Can the portfolio returns be calculated based on the filter and not be all time returns all the time?
Would be good to be able to track our overall portfolio performances against certain instruments.

Or if instead of a YTD button, there was a “custom date” button, so someone could look at gains/losses year to date or tax year or something else?
How long do you think it would take to get a money weighted return chart? a YTD chart and graphs showing each year and the real return with buys and sells and added money taken into account, right now this is not taken into account.
As a resident of Bahrain, I’ve found Trading 212 to be an exceptional app for my investing needs. With no commissions and only a 0.7% card deposit fee, it stands out as my top choice! Its user-friendly interface and visually appealing design make investing a pleasure.
However, there’s a significant feature I’ve been eagerly waiting for since I started using the app: the ability to access various metrics to analyze our portfolio returns from the moment we opened our accounts. I’m particularly interested in Time Weighted Returns and Money Weighted Returns.
Additionally, having a detailed analysis of our portfolio—including portfolio breakdown including cash, country allocation, and industry distribution—would be incredibly valuable. I know I’m not alone in this request; I’ve reached out multiple times here and on X, and I genuinely believe these features would enhance the experience for many users.
I urge you to consider implementing these features—it would truly elevate the Trading 212 experience!

Yes, definitely some way to get more granular performance data would be very useful. I’ve transferred across from Freetrade and generally liking the platform here much now. However they did offer good views of your performance over time.
Like any stock I want to know how my portfolio has done over the last 1d, 1w, 1m, 3m, YTD, 1y, annualised returns, etc.
With the recently updated app and design, it might be the perfect time to add the YTD return. Thanks!
