Account Verification - Bank's address

My friend has created an account and it’s asking for the address of the bank, which isn’t on his bank statement. How can he proceed with the application?

Usually we require the address of the applicant to be visible, rather than the address of the bank.

Nevertheless, we cannot provide information on the account of a third person, so I would suggest him to contact us directly for more detailed instructions.
