activate account

Hello, I have been trying to activate my account for 2 weeks, but it is not possible. I submitted a large number of documents, but the system still rejects it. I don’t know what else I can do to activate the account.

Greetings. In order for us to be able to accept a Proof of Address document it needs to comply with the requirements of our regulator. In case a document has been pushed back once it is pointless to submit it once again, as it will not be sufficient for the purpose of account verification.
