I reopend an account because of the ID VERIFICATION…
At the moment system doesn’t let me to upload the files because it doesn’t recognize them.

@Christos I was able to locate the documents, which were provided by you a few hours ago and your account is now verified. As per the emails you have received the issue was not the document itself, but the quality of the image.
In case you are required to upload any other document in future cases, please always make sure you are sending a copy, which is clear and readable.
